We can assist clients in managing the ecological aspects of their project from baseline surveys to inform the Local Planning Authority as part of a planning application, Biodiversity Management Plans and Ecological Method Statements as part of Conditons, through to delivering Ecological Clerk of works.
We undertake a range of ecological surveys in North Yorkshire including: Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, Phase 1 habitat surveys, Extended Phase 1 surveys which incorporate a risk assessment for protected species. Protected Species surveys include, bat surveys, preliminary ground level roost survey, badger survey, bird surveys including wintering and breeding bird surveys, breeding bird risk assessment, red squirrel surveys, reptile surveys and great crested newt surveys.
